Abakus did the original optical design of the highly rated Optex Excellence series of lenses.
This has now been extensively redesigned, whilst retaining the basic optical quality.
The focusing movement has been completely redesigned for improved precision.
We have also been able to incorporate LED lighting into the front optics, especially useful for lighting at close focus.
